Rebrand Journey
The Journey to Vero Club Tennis
Previously known as Twin Oaks Tennis Club in the Vero Beach community, we’ve rebranded our name and visual identity. We deeply respect the club’s history, spanning back to 1991, and are proud to be one of the few remaining independent tennis clubs in the Vero Beach area. Although we’ve changed a lot, we’re keeping the same small club atmosphere that our members love. Our rebrand included updating the club’s physical structures, including the courts, and adding a digital experience for court bookings. We’re excited about the future and hope you are too!
History
Our Story
Alain Mignolet purchased the foreclosed Twin Oaks Tennis Club from a bank in 1991. Eventually, Alain and his wife Linda moved to Vero Beach in 1995 to work full-time at their club. Although it took years to build a membership base and attract clients, Alain persevered and developed a well-known junior program at Twin Oaks. Day after day, Alain trained top-ranked juniors and produced elite college tennis players, including Sara Swift, a local tennis star. Linda and Alain Mignolet have dedicated themselves to the livelihood of Twin Oaks for the last 32 years, creating a tight-knit tennis community.

This club is an amazing venue for true, authentic tennis lovers. Great for all ages. It’s been the second home to my children growing up, and now I am playing regularly and passionately here. The staff is very accommodating to my schedule of a full time professional. Teaching is exceptional - also for s.o. approaching her 60’s. 🤣 Love Twin Oaks!
This review is for my wife Natasha Anderson. This tennis club is family owned , super friendly. I have had the best experience there. All the pros( Allen, Yohann, Chris, Hunter) are very professional, kind and helpful. All the players are there super friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone !
Twin oaks is an incredible tennis club! Not only are the courts and clubhouse clean and well-kept, but the coaches and owners are very welcoming and friendly. Attending this club has drastically improved my tennis game in only a few months. If you are looking for a nice facility with friendly people and incredibly talented coaches, I would definitely recommend Twin Oaks!
This is literally the best tennis club I have ever been to. I have travelled all over Florida looking for a great tennis club that will advance my skills, and this one was by far the best. I took many lessons with awesome pros and learned a lot. The courts are beautiful and the place is run by a really nice family that makes sure to give every customer the best experience possible. My tennis skills have definitely gotten better, and I will be coming back next year. Highly recommend Twin Oaks!!
Alain is by far the best tennis coach in town! The staff is both talented and personable! Their tennis career speaks for itself! My family and I always have a great time here! Highly recommend.
The courts are great! Private area and well kept courts. Bonus is there are some cute cats who appeared to live on site, one of which was very friendly.

Most of Kaye's professional career was focused on medicine, spending 17 years in ICU nursing. Kaye returned to school for a master's degree in the advanced practice of Nurse Anesthesia. In 2005, Kaye moved from California to Vermont and discovered her love for tennis at Dorset Field Club. In 2018, Kaye moved to Vero Beach, where she could play tennis year-round, free of the harsh winters in Vermont. In 2021, Kaye began taking lessons from Yohann Prinsen at what was then and had been for 37 years, Twin Oaks Tennis Club. She enjoyed the small club atmosphere and its tight-knit community, discovering some members had been playing there for 20-plus years. When the opportunity to purchase the club presented itself, Kaye was excited to take on the project. Kaye makes it clear that she couldn't have purchased the Club without the solid commitment from Yohann Prinsen to be her business partner and our director of tennis.
